01Service and applicable terms
The provider is Xiamen Dehui Chengzhen Network Technology Co., Ltd.; contact support@tongxiao.xyz. SpamVeto offers personal lists, number lookup, a public library, and community sharing. Availability depends on app version, region, account, and service readiness.
App Store downloads and licensing also follow applicable Apple terms and the Standard EULA, or a valid custom license supplied separately. These service terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
02Setup and limitations
Enable the relevant Call Blocking & Identification extensions in iPhone settings and update your lists. iOS performs identification and blocking, subject to permissions, capacity, sync, and scheduling. Not every unwanted call can be identified or blocked, and classifications may be wrong.
Numbers can be reassigned or spoofed. No record is not proof of safety. Do not rely on labels alone to verify identity or make important payments. Personal rules can block wanted calls; review your lists and always allow numbers you need. The app is not a replacement for emergency communication.
03Lists and community sharing
You can use personal lists without participating. Sharing starts on; when available and eligible, new blocked numbers and categories are submitted without personal notes. Existing lists require separate confirmation. Switching off stops future automatic sharing, not past reports.
A number report is feedback, not an automatic public-block command. Public reviews, audio, and public blocking decisions require human review. Reports and votes inform decisions without guaranteeing an outcome. Corrections, disputes, or reassignment may change published information.
04Content and other people's rights
Submit relevant, truthful experiences. Do not impersonate, fabricate, coordinate malicious reporting or voting, or submit unlawful, harassing, infringing, or unrelated content. Ensure a lawful basis and necessary permissions for numbers, text, and audio; recording and publishing may have different local requirements.
You retain your content rights and grant a non-exclusive permission only as needed to store, review, handle corrections, and publish or distribute within your chosen scope. This does not permit unrelated commercial use. Each audio file still requires publication consent and review.
We may review, reject, restrict, or remove content under the content rules and limit misuse. Report mistakes in the app or contact us; published reviews can be the subject of withdrawal requests. Sending a request does not mean processing is complete.
05Membership, payments, and renewal
Only purchase when the feature is available. Prices, currency, duration, benefits, and trial conditions are shown at App Store confirmation. Apple handles payments and refund requests. Website descriptions do not establish available products or membership.
If you choose an auto-renewing subscription, it renews on the disclosed cycle unless canceled through your Apple Account before renewal. View and cancel it in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; follow Apple's advance-cancellation instructions for trials or offers. Uninstalling or deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Refunds follow Apple's process and mandatory local rights.
Restoration uses the relevant Apple Account and verified active entitlements. Automatic library updates depend on availability, connectivity, and iOS scheduling, without a guaranteed background interval. Free users can update manually.
06Community rewards
Where rewards are offered, eligibility, expiry, scope, and redemption follow the rules shown when participating. Submission, approval, award, and redemption are separate; a submission does not guarantee a reward.
Current product records still list release configuration and acceptance work for purchases and redemption. This website does not promise that redemption is open. Duplicate, fabricated, or multi-account abuse is prohibited. Deleting local data does not itself erase lawful purchase benefits or retained reward records.
07Acceptable use and software rights
Do not disrupt the service, bypass access or review controls, abuse interfaces, or unlawfully obtain data. Software, trademarks, and materials remain with their rights holders. Open-source components follow their licenses, and uses protected by law remain protected.
Protect your device and account. Contact us about unauthorized access, mistaken publication, or service problems. We do not require your Apple Account password.
08Changes, stopping use, and responsibility
System changes, outages, maintenance, and third-party services may affect availability. We address faults, corrections, and necessary changes as appropriate; material changes to paid benefits follow purchase rules and applicable law.
Stopping use, disabling sharing, deleting data, and withdrawing public reviews have different effects. See the Privacy Policy for retention; cancel subscriptions separately with Apple.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Your mandatory refund, complaint, remedy, and jurisdiction rights remain intact.
09Updates and disputes
We date updates and provide required notice of important changes; where separate agreement is required, browsing this website is not a substitute. Contact support@tongxiao.xyz to discuss issues. Contacting us first is not a prerequisite to exercising statutory complaint or legal rights.
