This is an app policy, not just a website notice. Apple and other providers have separate policies for their own services.
02Personal lists and device data
Numbers, block or allow choices, categories, personal notes, rules, and settings support call protection. Recent searches, drafts, imported audio, and some action records are stored on your device. iOS extensions use prepared lists to identify or block calls.
The current version does not read system call history, obtain actual blocked-call counts, or record calls. Recent-search lists are not uploaded as a whole; opening public details queries the cloud service for that number.
03iCloud and account identifiers
An available iCloud account supports personal-list synchronization in your private CloudKit database. Community submissions use separate cloud records. Local personal lists remain available without an account.
Service account identifiers, record IDs, timestamps, and statuses associate your submissions, votes, and entitlements, prevent duplicate counting and abuse, and verify benefits. We do not ask for your Apple Account password.
04Community sharing and public content
Sharing is on by default and can be disabled. When available with the required account, newly blocked numbers and categories are submitted automatically. Existing lists need separate confirmation. Personal notes are not included. Disabling sharing stops future automatic reports, not previous submissions.
Number reports inform feedback and do not directly determine public blocking. Public reviews you write, correction details, votes, and review records support moderation and dispute handling. Published categories, report statistics, reviews, and public author codes may be visible to others. A public code is not a real name, but does not make content fully anonymous.
05Optional audio
Audio is not required to report a number. Only files you import or share are processed. Submitted originals are stored in CloudKit for review; public playback copies require separate publication consent for each file and review.
Share only audio you may lawfully use and disclose. Remove unnecessary personal details; voices and conversations can identify people. Deleting a local draft, withdrawing a public review, and deleting a cloud original are distinct actions. Contact us about cloud-original deletion; local deletion does not establish cloud deletion.
06Optional permissions
Contacts are used only for on-device matching and are not uploaded. You can enter numbers without permission; limited access matches only authorized contacts. Pasting, system sharing, and file imports are actions you initiate.
Notifications support available review results, requests for more information, and reward notices. Manage contacts and notifications in iPhone settings. Notifications are optional and depend on system settings and connectivity.
07Purchases, ads, and providers
Apple supplies iCloud/CloudKit, App Store payments, and system services. When purchases are available, product and transaction IDs, entitlement dates or statuses, and account-binding identifiers verify and restore benefits. We do not receive payment-card numbers.
The app integrates Google Mobile Ads and CSJ/GroMore components; loading depends on the version and ad configuration. Google may process IP addresses, device or advertising IDs, ad interactions, crash and performance data for ads, analysis, and diagnostics. CSJ/GroMore, supplied by Beijing Ocean Engine Network Technology Co., Ltd. and affiliates, may process device and system details, language, IP/network status, IDFV, ad interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Optional identifiers or sensor data depend on configuration and applicable permissions.
Phone numbers, personal lists, community reports, reviews, and iCloud identity must not be passed to ad components as targeting or profiling inputs. Use available in-app ad privacy options and system tracking controls. Denying tracking does not stop all ad-related processing. Provider information is linked below.
08Purposes, recipients, and storage
Necessary processing supports requested lists, sync, moderation, and entitlements. Optional publication and permissions follow your choices and applicable law. Abuse prevention, complaints, and legal duties may require records. Where separate consent is legally required, general terms do not replace it.
Local data stays on the device; cloud data is handled through Apple CloudKit and relevant services. Locations and applicable arrangements depend on account region and service configuration, so not all data stays on-device. Cross-border processing requires applicable notices, safeguards, and consent. Community content is not used for unrelated purposes beyond the described services, your chosen publication, and legally required disclosure.
09Retention and deletion
Lists and drafts are stored while retained or used. Submitted originals and review records currently have no uniform automatic expiry. Public content, necessary deduplication/abuse records, and transaction or reward records have distinct purposes and are not all erased by disabling sharing or uninstalling. Retention should be limited to those purposes or legal duties; contact us to review and delete information no longer necessary.
Settings → Data Management explains local and iCloud deletion and reports incomplete operations. Cloud list deletion requires synchronization. Request withdrawal of a published review from My Reports. Removal from public view is not simultaneous deletion of review records or audio originals. Data deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions or automatically erase purchase entitlements or retained voucher records.
10Your rights and security
Manage lists, sharing, and data in the app, or contact us for access, copies, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, and applicable objection, restriction, or complaint rights. We may verify proportionate identity information and explain requests we cannot fully fulfill. Do not send passwords or unnecessary recordings.
Device storage, account permissions, separate private and public records, and publication review limit access. No system is absolutely secure; other people can save public content. Contact us about a leak, mistaken publication, or rights concern.
11Minors and updates
Minors should use the service with guardian guidance and follow local age and consent requirements for data and purchases. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information about minors or other people. Guardians can request review and deletion of inappropriate submissions.
